1. What are your payment terms?
For our first cooperative client, payment is usually TT 30% deposit, with the balance paid against the BL copy, or full amount LC at sight. If you become our regular client, payment terms can be adjusted.
2. What is your delivery time?
It depends on the order quantity; we will usually arrange shipment within 3-10 days.
3. When can I get a reply?
Our sales manager will contact you within 4 hours.
4. What documents do you provide?
Usually we provide INV/PL/BL/CO/COA etc.
